End-User License Agreement (EULA) of the Vezbi App
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Vezbi, Inc (”Vezbi”).
This EULA agreement governs your use of the Vezbi App (“the App).
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before using the App. It provides a license to use the App and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
By clicking “I Accept” or installing and/or using the App, you are confirming your acceptance and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not use our App and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply to any App updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the App, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
License Grant
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contriVezbi hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement
You are permitted to install the APP under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the App. You have read and agree to the Terms of Service of the App. You understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
GAcceptable Use Policy
You are personally responsible for your use of the App, and while using the App you must conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner in accordance with our rules of conduct below. We may temporarily or permanently ban users who violate these rules, or who abuse any text messaging or e-mail communication, as determined by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to disable a User’s ability to upload profile photos or edit their username at any time.
a)Profanity, obscenities, or the use of **asterisks** or other “masking” characters to disguise such words, is not permitted.
b) You may not use or upload obscene, lewd, slanderous, pornographic, abusive, violent, insulting, indecent, threatening and harassing language of any kind, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
c) Service usernames will be displayed as ‘Your Name’; impersonating other users is not allowed.
d) Do not transmit or upload any copyrighted, or trademarked materials in messages or postings.
e) Information disclosed in comments are revealed to the public, and we are not responsible for information you choose to disclose to others (including text messages).
f) Advanced fonts, java, tables, html, or other programming codes or commands are not allowed in messages.
g) You may not attempt to participate in any Service by means of automatic, macro, programmed, or similar methods.
h) You may not commit fraud with regard to any Service.
i) You may not attempt to impersonate or deceive another user for the purposes of illicitly obtaining cards, passwords, account information etc. (aka “scamming”).
You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the App or through the Services.
3) You are not permitted to:
Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the App nor permit the whole or any part of the App to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software/app, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the App or attempt to do any such things:
a) Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the App for any commercial purpose.
b) Allow any third party to use the App on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
d) Use the App for any purpose that Vezbi considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
The App (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the App, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Vezbi.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the App and shall continue until terminated.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the App. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
